I handle all the moving parts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stress-free. From timelines to troubleshooting, I’ll ensure every detail is covered so you can focus on the moment

  • A welcome call and two additional meetings to discuss the Client's vision
  • I’ll take the reins on the final details you’ve already organized
  • I’ll be onsite for up to 10 hours, managing vendors, timelines, and schedules
  • You’ll get a checklist to ensure nothing is missed ahead of the event
  • Attendance at rehearsals, if requested by the Client

I’ll collaborate with you to refine details, connect with trusted vendors, and tie it all together. Whether you're halfway there or just need extra guidance, I’ll step in to make sure your event comes together perfectly

  • Development and management of a detailed timeline and wedding day itinerary, including a floor plan, finalized 6–8 weeks before the event
  • I’ll handle communication with vendors and logistics starting 12 weeks out
  • I’ll be onsite for up to 10 hours, managing vendors, timelines, and schedules
  • You’ll get a checklist to ensure nothing is missed ahead of the event
  • Attendance at rehearsals, if requested by the Client

From concept to execution, I take care of every detail to bring your vision to life. I’ll work with you on creating the look and feel of the event, managing vendors, and keeping everything on track.

  • A welcome call + a monthly meeting to discuss and stay on track with planning
  • Design and décor planning tailored to your vision
  • I’ll assist with finding, booking, and negotiating with vendors that fit your needs
  • I’ll join you for venue tours and planning meetings
  • I’ll be onsite for up to 14 hours, managing vendors, timelines, schedules, set up & tear down
  • Customized event planning binder with timelines, checklists, and key details
  • Attendance at rehearsals, if requested by the Client

What’s the difference between your packages?
  • Day of Coordination: Perfect for those who’ve planned everything and need a pro to step in and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Partial Planning: Great if you’ve started planning but want help pulling everything together, like finding vendors or finalizing details.
  • Full Event Planning: Ideal for those who want a hands-off approach. I handle everything from the first ideas to the final clean-up.
How far in advance should I book your services?

For full and partial planning, I recommend booking at least 9-12 months before your event to ensure availability. Day of coordination typically books 3-6 months ahead.

Do you travel for events?

Yes! I’m happy to travel for events outside my local area (35km radius). Additional travel fees may apply, and accommodations may be needed for events requiring extended hours or late-night services.

What is your payment schedule?

I offer a 3-tier payment option:

  • 50% of the total fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
  • 25% is due three months before the event.
  • The remaining 25% is due on the day of the event.
Can I add services after booking?

Absolutely! Add-ons like additional on-site support or extended hours, custom stationery designs, or a second content creator can be added anytime, depending on availability.

Do you work with specific vendors?

I have a network of trusted vendors I love working with, but I’m also happy to collaborate with any professionals you’ve chosen. My priority is creating a smooth experience for everyone involved.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your contract. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need clarification.

Do you offer services for corporate or non-wedding events?

Yes! I handle everything from corporate retreats and marketing events to birthday celebrations and intimate gatherings.

What’s included in a day-of timeline?

Your custom timeline includes every detail, from vendor arrivals and setup to event flow and breakdown. It’s designed to keep everyone informed and ensure the event runs smoothly.
