I design and coordinate any type of celebration, from weddings and corporate gatherings to milestone events and luxurious private parties. Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner or a grand soirée in The Greater Toronto Area, York Region or surrounding cities, I bring your vision to life with unmatched creativity and attention to detail.

How far in advance should I book your services?

For the best experience, I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for larger events like weddings. However, for smaller celebrations or day-of coordination, a minimum of 13-18 weeks [2-4 months] allows me to serve you better.

What’s included in your day-of coordination package?

My day-of coordination package includes timeline management, vendor communication, and on-site support for up to 10 hours. It’s designed to ensure your big day runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and focus on enjoying every moment.

Can I customize your design packages?

Absolutely! My design services include options like custom acrylic signage, digital and printed stationery, and more. I work closely with you to tailor each detail, ensuring your event reflects your unique style and story.

Do you only work in Toronto?

While my services are based in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding cities, I'd be happy to travel to your special occasion. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside my primary service area.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes, I can assist with setting up décor like table cards, signage, or favors. Teardown services are also available as an add-on, ensuring a stress-free end to your event.

How much do your services cost?

My services are tailored to each event, with packages starting at $920 for day-of coordination. Additional design and planning services, like custom signage or extended coordination, are available as add-ons to suit your needs.
